To formally end the Women’s Month Celebration, Pamantasan Ng Lungsod Ng San Pablo (PLSP) – Center for Gender Equality and Development Office with the partnership of PLSP-multi-purpose cooperative conducted a culminating activity with the theme, “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society” at the University Library and Research Center.

It was attended by PLSP personnels with some of the notable and prominent natatanging Juanas in Laguna; Vice Governor Atty. Karen Agapay, Mrs. Maria Claudette Janolino Amante (First Lady of the 3rd District of Laguna), Mayora Gem Castillo (Philanthropist), Hon. Karla Monica Adajar-Lajara (Board Member of 3rd District of Laguna), Hon. Carmela Acebedo City Councilor and Vice Chair, Committee on Women) and Hon. Angelita E. Yang (Chairperson, Committee on Women).

“This month we celebrate the mark of breaking the barriers of male dominance and gender inequality,” said Hon. Adajar-Lajara.

In addition, the winners of Singing Contest, Education Information and Communication (EIC) Materials Making Contest and Logo Making Contest has been awarded on the said event.
