The 31st Batch of the Certified Human Resource Association (CHRA) Assessment Examination was successfully conducted last January 21, 2023. The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo (PLSP) is proud of the commendable efforts and dedication of its very own Ms. Kristelle V. Babelonio, CHRA.

PLSP aims to continue its commitment towards the total human development of its students and its ultimate desire of producing glocally-competitive graduates who are imbued with excellence, integrity, patriotism, respect for human rights, and most especially, the profound love and faith in God.

To give an overview, the CHRA is an assessment examination of the basic knowledge in the field of Human Resource Management. The examination is designed to assess the fundamental knowledge that a Human Resource Practitioner must possess. Passing such examination will grant any student the title Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA). Such title will boost and become an evidence of the students’ competence and knowledge in the field of Human Resource which will make them stand out from other job applicants once they graduate College.

4th year Human Resource Development Management and BS/AB Psychology students are already qualified to take the same. As for other courses, a minimum of at least one (1) year experience in HR-related work is required. Moreover, faculty members handling HR-related subjects are also eligible to take the Assessment Examination.
