After two years, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo – College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM) Chefs on Parade Exposition (COPHEX) returned on its full face-to-face event with the theme “READY PINAS: Rediscovering and Embracing Adversity amidst Diversity amongst Tourism and Hospitality Youth in the Philippines”, at Sports Pavilion, January 19-20.
Competitions such as Food Art, Photography, Cocktail Table Set-up, Breakfast Challenge, the Presenting Menu thru audio visual presentation (AVP), Barista Challenge, Poster Making, Shots and Brew, Napkin Folding, Canapé, Flower Arrangement and Grand Santacruzan – Mr. and Ms. COPHEX 2023 were some of the highlights that showcased their skills in the chosen field.
Among the participants including San Bartolome Integrated High School and Crecencia Drucilla Senior High School, TEAM TALA from PLSP – CTHM was announced as overall champion for College Division, while San Pablo Colleges in Senior High School Division was also the overall champion.
