The first United Athletic Association of the South (ALCU South) solidarity meeting was held at Pamantasan ng Cabuyao (University of Cabuyao) on April 12, 2023, with participation from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo. The goal of the aforementioned tournament, which is scheduled to take place on April 18–19, 2023, is to recreate sporting programs and friendships while showcasing the abilities of regional schools and universities in the South. The competitions were joined by the six sports contenders, such as Laguna University, Tanauan City College, City College of Tagaytay, City College of Calamba, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo and the host school, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Cabuyao. The sporting events that they will conquer will be basketball, badminton, chess, table tennis, and volleyball, all of which will be participated in by the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo, supported by the City Mayor of San Pablo, Hon. Vicente B. Amante, Ph.D.; the City Administrator, Mr. Larry Amante; PLSP University President Dr. Sigfredo C. Adajar; Vice President for Academic Affairs Dean Lorena E. Bautista; Vice President for Student Development and Services Dr. Randall B. Pasco; and the College of Human Kinetics and Office of the Center for Sports and Athletic Development, headed by Dean Evan Jesusco; and the sports coaches of the said team.

Meanwhile, the preparation of the student-athletes is present due to the consistent training sessions they attended and the past competitions they joined. The sports coaches also actively guide and implement the training program they made for the team for the betterment of each sport in the PLSP. The readiness of the specific team will be tested and proven as they battle six different and established institutions.

Once more, the PLSP Green Mynas Sports and Athletic Development program seeks to compete with discipline and display talent while showing respect for its competitors.
