Pre-oral defense proceedings were last held in February of 2023, with the concurrent university president, Dr. Sigfredo C. Adajar, serving as the over-all chair of the oral examination. The panel members for the researcher’s theses were chosen from among the adjunct professors of the graduate school.

Twenty-nine professional students—eight from the Master of Arts in Education, twelve from the Master of Business Administration, and nine from the Master of Public Administration—with the first university president, Engr. Arthur B. Almario as chair of the oral examination, Dr. Preciosa D. Villacruel, Dean of the PLSP Graduate School; and representatives from the Office of the Vice President for Research and Innovation.

Following the comprehensive exam, the chosen students and their research studies went on to the first round of the Final Oral Defense, which was recently held last Saturday, March 18, 2023. Seven of these students successfully passed the final oral examination and are recognized as MAED, MBA, and MPA candidates.
