“The promotion of a wholesome professional community that is infused with good values as the forerunners of national development” is one of the goals of the PLSP-Graduate School. The PLSP-Graduate School is once more extremely proud that a new group of local government officials and employees (the first group is from the Municipality of Rizal, Laguna) have chosen the school for their advanced studies in public administration. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on June 30, 2023 at the Kalayaan Municipal Hall in accordance with the Sangguniang Pangbayan Resolution by the Municipality of Kalayaan, Laguna (first party) and the PLSP-Graduate School (second party). Municipal Mayor Sandy Sandalan and University President Dr. Sigfredo Adajar signed the aforementioned MOU in the presence of Vice Mayor Christopher Ramiro of Kalayaan, Graduate School Dean Dr. Preciosa D. Villacruel, and University Secretary Melody A. Pere, MPA.
Twenty students (20) were enrolled right away in the Master in Public Administration program through the off-campus extension scheme, including the vice mayor, municipal councilors, and municipal government employees. According to a statement made by the Dean of the graduate school, “Every city and municipality will receive quality education as that provided by the PLSP-GS”.
