“To maximize each employee’s potential and professional development, as well as to help them develop into better public servants capable of serving and providing services with complete honesty and integrity”, the vice mayor of Rizal, Laguna, stated a goal for his project. To achieve this goal, he noted the importance of continuing graduate studies. The Pamantasan ng Lunsod ng San Pablo Graduate School provided the “Executive Class” (conducting lessons in their own locality) for the municipal employees of Rizal, Laguna in order to achieve the objectives. High-quality instruction is provided by the PLSP-GS at a very affordable tuition rate. Every Saturday, the executive class is offered to employees of the local government.
